Grovelands Way
The design team were tasked with the production of design drawings for a Reserved Matters Application for a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) comprising the following:
- Medical centre and pharmacy
- 39 No affordable extra care apartments
- 48 bed care home
- 46 No extra care apartments
- Retirement bungalows/chalet bungalows
The scheme was granted permission and is currently undergoing further design work to optimise the design.
